Simba Holidays is a privately owned company, seeking to provide lifetime experiences to our clients. Knowing that every traveller has their own needs, we make it our core business to offer suitable and personalised services. Whether it a celebrity wishing to travel quietly, or a couple going on their honeymoon, or a family planning their annual vacation, or even a company going on a retreat, we will ensure that each one of them is treated like a VIP.

Excellent Customer Service is paramount to us and we go the extra mile to make sure our clients receive it. That is why we have invested in our staff to ensure that we get the best and reward them accordingly. Our representative arrives at the airport at least half an hour in advance before the flight lands. You are then transfered to your hotel and assisted to check in. After your stay, you are assisted to check out of the hotel and if you are going on a safari, you are briefed accordingly. Our team of experienced driver guides then takes the baton to ensure that you have an educational and fun filled trip. Game drives in our well-equiped, open roof top safari vans and land cruisers are not to be missed.

Throughout your trip, you have access to our 24-hour Emergency Contacts, which you are welcome to use. If you haven't booked your travel insurance yet, you can do so through us. Do you have special needs that you would have us take care of? Maybe you are a vegeterian, or one of your group members is physically challenged. Please do let us know and we will make the necessary arrangements.
